Job Overview:
Pre-Contract Administration
- Manage submission of contract proposals for service of process with government agencies.
- Work with Account Management to develop pricing in accordance with company practices.
- Review program related documents at proposal stage to ensure compliance with government guidelines; identify issues, coordinate revisions and corrections with key personnel (both internal and external).
- Coordinate subcontract documents.
- Liaise with Legal, internal/external collaborators and Account Management.
- Provide guidance to staff in understanding applicable contract policies and obligations, and ensure compliance with state, Federal and company rules, regulations, policies, and practices.
Post-Contract Administration
- Assist OnBoarding team in the management of onboarding process.
- Review contrcat guidelines; interpret client terms and conditions; provide compliance guidance to Account Management.
- Prepare and track subcontract forms, financials, and requirements.
- Coordinate and review any required reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of grants and contracts experience OR 7 years of grants and contracts experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and maintain quality of work
- Certified Research Administrator (CRA) certification is preferred
Salary: $55,000 – $68,000
