Work Location: New York, NY

Salary: $189,000-$230,000
(Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus, equity and benefits.)

About the Job

Our team is in search of a Global Director, BEES Innovation to lead our newest growth initiative within Beyond Labs, an innovation area within BEES. BEES Innovation is tasked with expanding the BEES ecosystem through innovation and the mission of this role will be to apply the BEES launch framework to all pre-seed initiatives within the ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

  • Apply the BEES launch framework to all pre-seed initiatives within our ecosystem.
  • Own the entire end to end business line of new initiatives brought to life.
  • Provide strategic, day-to-day and tactical business and product developmental advisory across the new initiatives portfolio.
  • Work with our marketing team to create and execute winning marketing strategies to drive profitable growth across new markets from all industries
  • Effectively resolve issues across the marketing/sales, customer success, and technology functions – must be comfortable with conflict, addressing issues, and solving problems in a practical manner
  • Formulate a pricing strategy based on the customer's expectations, competitive situation, potential differentiators, and other factors. Communicate the pricing strategy to the proposal team and justify it to the executive management.
  • Manage and track progress for all key Global and Local GTM components, including but not limited to: Legal, User Research, Consumer Marketing, Customer Marketing, Internal Marketing, Customer Support, Catalog Management, Incentive + Rewards Programs.
  • Using our CRM, develop and manage a scalable sales operation process, to enable land & expand business develop processes that are metrics driven, providing actionable and accurate information for building, managing, and executing a balanced pipeline that supports achievement of acquisition, expansion and renewal targets.
  • Build the New Initiatives program from scratch focusing on frameworks, governance, advisory and investment
  • Get hands on by taking new initiatives through the frameworks described above.
  • Grow the BEES sphere of influence by bringing external incubators into the ecosystem.

What You'll Bring:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Product, Technology, or Venture Capital
  • A BS in engineering, computer science, or technology is required
  • A MS in engineering, computer science, or technology is highly desirable
  • An MBA is highly desirable
  • Experience managing highly complex projects across teams
  • Strong knowledge of managing and evaluating new ventures
  • Experience pitching, managing and allocating budgets
  • High degree of flexibility and the ability to work within a fluid, constantly changing environment
  • Ability to synthesize and break down complex concepts into operational plan
  • Adept at analyzing behavioral and commercial data to inform strategic decision-making
  • Values accountability, transparency, and is a true owner
