roles.

This plant is located on the Southeast Side of Indianapolis, is a 24/7 operation, producing asphalt roofing
products.

Responsibilities:
Coater Operator: Middle of the production line, monitoring equipment including but not limited to speed, quality, gauges, temperature of tanks, checking and recording measurements, placement of the mat, etc.
Mix Operator: Follows specification to create batches of raw material for the production line of modified bitumen roofing.
Packager: Located at the end of production line, palletizing finished product, labeling, moving finished product to warehouse staging area.
All positions are responsible for safety, quality, 5’s, following Lean processes, following standards, driving forklift, other responsibilities not listed. More information is available for specific position during interviews. Qualifications:
Pay: $23.89hr+ (plus a $1.00 shift diferential for night shift!)

Assembly Windup Attendant, (winder/unwinder): Working at the beginning of the production line, loading raw material or at the end of the production line, rewinding and removing completed product.

High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to work in the US
