What you will bring to the table:

A spark of excitement to every shift

At least 2 years of management experience in a hospitality setting

The ability to coach and motivate your team to exceed our guests' expectations of speed of service, food quality, cleanliness and order accuracy

A deep understanding of food prep, since we make nearly everything from scratch

This management position requires 50 hours of work a week, 5 days a week

The general manager is responsible for all restaurant functions, including but not limited to:

· Contributing to and maintaining positive staff morale

· Food ordering and inventory

· Keeping food quality standards high

· Keeping the restaurant clean and organized

· Adhere to a high standard of safe food handling practices

· Put an emphasis on restaurant safety

· Training and oversight of all staff- including developing assistant managers to be ready to be general managers

· Portion and cost control

· Scheduling and hiring of staff

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in restaurant leadership in a high-volume fast casual restaurant

· Flexible Work Schedule- You must be in the restaurant when the restaurant needs you

· Ability to efficiently operate in Microsoft Office Suite

· A positive and professional attitude and appearance

· Strong communication skills and ability to work cohesively with all levels of staff and create a team environment

· Ability to produce high quality food and train others to do the same

· A passion for restaurant life- you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a calm demeanor.

This position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds and repetitive hand and wrist motion. Can include working outdoors in various temperatures. Also, work with sharp and hazardous equipment as well as work with phones, computers, and other office equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
