Job Summary:

This position will oversee all operations that contribute to successful restaurant performance including customer service, employee development/relations, food production, and administrative requirements.

Job Duties and Requirements:

Preferred Experience:

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience managing in a full-service casual or upscale/casual dining environment is preferred
• Must possess exemplary leadership skills
• Must have detailed and diverse food, bar, and beverage experience and knowledge
• Must have detailed and diverse wine knowledge
• Must have experience with internet software, spreadsheet, and word processing software
• Must have restaurant financial (i.e., P&L) experience and knowledge
