Rancho Santa Fe, California with 618 Estate Homes & Lots. It has 5 courts for racquet sports, lakes, clubhouse, pumphouse, equestrian center and horse trails througout the property.

Maintain, service and conduct minor repairs on buildings and equipment. Performs a variety of semi-skilled duties such as plumbing, irrigation, carpentry, painting, stucco. Assist the maintenance staff with a variety of tasks. Must be able to work Monday to Friday and some weekends. Background check and drug testing required.
Looking for people who are reliable, willing to work hard and take direction well.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
