Our sister company, Guardian Equipment, was founded 45 years ago and manufactures industrial safety equipment. Guardian’s emergency eyewash and shower products are used to protect workers in the event of a chemical spill or accident. We have been family-owned for three generations and are the largest players in our two industries, selling products all over the world. We love Chicago and have always been here. We have two state-of-the-art facilities totaling 200,000 square feet in River North. WaterSaver is at Erie and Halsted Streets, while Guardian is at North Branch and Division Streets on Goose Island.

Positions Available

We have jobs available in a variety of areas of our manufacturing operations:

• Rackers- Rack and unrack parts for powder painting and chrome plating.
• Assemblers - Work on a production team to build finished products.
• Testers- Inspect and pressure test finished products.
• Packers -Add the final components, clean and pack products for shipment.

Skills and Qualifications

We don’t need prior experience. We can train you for your job. All we need is:

• A high school or GED degree.
• Ability to read and understand English and do basic shop math.
• Ability to work on your feet for a full day in a fast-paced environment.
• An interest in working with your hands on real products.

Pay and Benefits

• Starting salary is $15.40 or more, depending on the job.
• Pay rate can increase by $1-2/hour for perfect attendance and working voluntary overtime.
