Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in General Administration. Issues tend to be routine in nature. Good knowledge and understanding of General Clerk duties and business/operating processes and procedures. Executes automated reports and compiles and prints listings; may manage a database, retrieves data and conducts status inquiries; maintains a filing system; examines documents for quality and accuracy, resolves minor discrepancies; maintains an inventory, receives, stores and issues material and supplies; determines appropriate methods for processing of mail, files and supplies. Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision.

The primary function of this role is to support the Clinical team with administrative duties and to complete outbound calls to patients/MDO for designated programs.

This role is responsible for:
Making outbound calls to patients who are scheduled for a Clinical Assessment and to then transfer the patient to the Clinical Nurse.
Making outbound calls to MDO for data collection.
Faxing documents to designated recipients.
Scanning documents into the patients profiles.
Adhering to quality and production standards while complying with all applicable company, state and federal safety and environmental programs and procedures.
Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
1 + years of experience in customer service
Ability to work in collaboration with a team
Specialty Pharmacy/Call Center experience preferred
Knowledge of MS Suite (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).

Work Shift 11:30am - 8:00 pm EST

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17 - 23 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
