Lab Technician position within the Gene Transfer Technology team. 1. Describe in just a few sentences the day-to-day activity of the role: a. Learn and perform nucleic acid extraction from rodent and primate tissues b. Use quantification techniques such as ddPCR and qPCR to support gene therapy research studies c. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols; ensure proper execution and documentation; share learnings, gained knowledge, and insights with the team d. Coordinate with fellow biodistribution core members to streamline lab activities e. Support commissioning and maintenance of equipment f. Attend group meetings

How many hours per week do you anticipate this person needing to be onsite? 40 hours per week, in the lab 95% of the time 5. What is the duration needed? 1 year 6.
