Hilltop Nursery is one of the top Garden Centers in New York. We cater to Contractors and Homeowners alike. We are looking for the right person with the ability to communicate with customers, other co-workers and management. Able to resolve customer service issues. Basic houseplant knowledge or the willingness to learn about plants and gardening is a must. Tend to retail and landscape contractor customer needs and questions, conduct cash register transactions on a POS system (Shopkeep), and sell indoor/outdoor plants, tools, fertilizers, and general garden equipment. General cleaning and organizing of nursery/retail space, caring for plants, and arranging attractive displays. Weekends a must. Employee Discount for qualifing canidate.
Canidate will need to work straight through March through December.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
