Summary:
- Operates sewing machine to complete sewn parts, as necessary. Pulls work according to work schedule and deletes work from the schedule as completed.
What you will be doing:
- Receives bundles of work from sewing floats each day and operates sewing machine to complete schedule.
- Sew parts such as arms, backs, seats, cushions, etc., while using foot pedal to operate sewing machine.
- Communicates with sewing supervisor, sewing float, and bundler as needed or as problems arise.
- Assists sewing floats to complete production sheets daily.
- Performs other duties as required by supervisor.
What we are looking for:
- Knowledge about assembly line type environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to submit to a Drug test and background investigation
