Full Time Office Assistant Job at Innovate Dental Marketing
Innovate Dental Marketing is the leader in Marketing and Communications solutions for Dental practices and Dental Service Organizations. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and creative individual to help us grow our Longview, WA office!
The full-time Office Assistant will help support both internal (employees) and external customers, help with outbound communications, and inbound inquiries. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Help disseminate communications within the office, as well as our Houston, TX location
- Answering Inbound Calls and directing them to the appropriate resource
- Communicate with Vendors to help make sure projects stay “on track”
Requirements:
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Great communication skills, able to communicate via email, phone, and in person
- Ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side, demonstrating why their ideas are analytically sound.
- Positive attitude with an eagerness to contribute to the team!
This is a full-time position with approx. 34 hours per week, Mon – Fri Approx 8am – 3:30pm. This is an immediate opening, so please respond with your cover letter and resume.
