Tasks/Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest quality of cleaning
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Effectively and efficiently clean buildings with any of the following: offices, restrooms, kitchens, warehouses, hallways, medical offices, industrial facilities
- Reporting any issues noticed out in the field during your shift
- Train current/new employees to clean using the proper TLC methods in the field
Requirements/Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule. This position does require you to work varying shifts and varying days (including weekend)
- 3+ year of cleaning experience preferred
- Experience with stripping, waxing, buffing floors is a plus
- Experience with carpet care is preferred (extracting, shampooing etc)
- Must have clean driving record and pass motor vehicle check
- Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Successful completion of Background check is required
- Effectively communicate in English
- Meticulous attention to detail
