We're looking for an experienced, leader-like individual who is Customer service focused and understands the importance of multitasking. The Front Office Supervisor will need to be highly aware of the lobby and surroundings at all times and interact with clients as well as various other employees in a professional, yet energetic manner. Their responsibilities will include checking in/out patients, handling payments and scheduling appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Be familiar with the hotel policies and procedures.
- Answer the phone in a friendly manner.
- Be courteous to guests and other hotel staff.
- Coach and train front desk staff members in procedures, systems, and processes.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to front office and other staff members.
- Create a detailed shift checklists and shift audits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
