Join our team of talented staff in leading the new front of house program in our gorgeous, lake view dining room. Located on 300 pristine and peaceful acres in rural Wisconsin, Canoe Bay is the Midwest's only Relais and Chateaux resort. Boasting a 3-acre organic garden our kitchen team delights in delivering delicious farm to table cuisine to our adult-only clientele. If you have an appreciation of fine dining, an eye for detail and a passion for exceptional service this may be the perfect opportunity. The successful candidate will work closely with our chefs and resort management staff in re-designing and implementing our fine dining program while also maintaining and improving our current in-room service. Team member will be responsible for ensuring all details of service are performed properly and every guest receives the highest quality of service both in the dining room and for delivery. Duties will include: assisting with the re-design and implementation of all front of house and dinner delivery service, participating in all aspects of dinner/wine service with a hands on approach, learning and performing pre-dinner set-up, establishing and maintaining a professional working relationship with kitchen and resort management staff, hiring, training and supervising dining room and delivery staff, making certain all food and beverage items served are prepared and presented accurately. Wine knowledge a must, weekends required. Year-round position with primary hours falling Thursday - Monday, Full-time benefits available, shift flexibility, team environment, closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Easter. Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
