We are looking for a full time professional customer service representative for a multi-store auto collision repair center. Responsibilities include but are not limited to interacting with and updating customers and insurance companies as well as keeping up with a busy lobby. Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, and in person
• Someone who is dependable, conscientious and who pays attention to detail
• Answering incoming calls
• Collect customer information and perform data entry into our auto repair software
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Update customer verbally and/or via email on their vehicle status
• Resolve problems and handle customer issues in a professional manner
• Collect and post payments from customers & insurance providers
• Work closely and professionally with Estimators, Adjusters & Production Manager

Qualifications and Skills

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multi task, learn fast, and work in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and self-starter, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem solving skills
• Detail oriented people person with a friendly attitude.
• Critical/Analytical thinker
• Reliable and dependable transportation
• Willing to commute to other locations if necessary
