We are seeking a part time Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Schedule:
2 - 3 shifts per week.
Occasional weekend shift.
As a Wellness Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our spa. Your duties will include welcoming guests, coordinating front-desk activities, answering phone calls and responding to online inquiries.
To be successful as a Wellness Coordinator, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. Ultimately, a Wellness Coordinator’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
