Front Desk Receptionist Job at Ideal Teams
A busy corrective care-based chiropractic office located in North Andover, MA is looking for a part-time front desk receptionist. No experience in the field or with medical billing is required as we will train you to excel in your role.
What you will do
Our Practice is offering an opportunity to showcase your customer service and organizational skills as a part-time front desk receptionist in our office. We are looking for a positive person with great people and communication skills and a passion for helping others through natural and holistic healthcare. Excellent relationship-building skills are a must to ensure service is provided with a high degree of quality.
Your main goal is to create a great customer experience from day one in a systemized manner in a friendly and professional environment. We need someone who takes pride in being affable with patients while ensuring attention to detail is required. The ability to complete checklists to ensure nothing is missed is a MUST as you will be handling money and scheduling patients for appointments in this role.
A typical day's tasks
- Checking out patients
- Accepting payments
- Scheduling patients
- Adjusting appointments
- Stats reports
What you need
- Two-year degree or more preferred
- Previous experience in customer service must be demonstrated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is preferred
Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
- 7am - 12pm
- About 20 hours per week
- Part-Time

- Paid time off for major holidays in which your shift falls
- Free chiropractic care when needed and desired.
If selected for the final interview we do require a drug test, run a background check and require references from previous employers within the last two years.
