Our Front Desk Coordinators act as the face and voice of our dealership for any customer coming through our doors or calling in with questions. If you can be described as someone who loves interacting with people, thrives when multi-tasking, and enjoys the feeling of being an asset to your team – We can’t wait to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Be friendly, professional, and courteous when working with all customers and employees
- Minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold by efficiently operating our telephone system
- Handle customer questions and refer them to the appropriate individual for resolution
- Accurately handle customer information through data entry, filing, and scanning documents
- Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently
- Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
