Front Desk Associate Job at Hampton Inn Indianapolis SW/Plainfield
Rate of pay depending on experience. In search of a positive, hard working, friendly employee to work front desk at our competitive, high occupancy hotel. Positive attitude a must, friendly guest service skills and the desire to exceed expectations. Checking guests in and out, taking reservations, fielding guest feedback as well as problem resolution are just a few of the many duties of a front desk associate. Light cleaning, meeting room and breakfast set-up also required on certain shifts. Must also have a valid driver's license and clean driving record as front desk associates also run our airport shuttle (minivan) from time to time.
