PickUp USA Fitness is a fast-growing basketball-focused fitness club. Our unique club provides our members with a full weight-room and cardio area, shooting machines, and several basketball courts.

We are passionate about delivering an unmatched basketball-focused fitness club experience to our members. To do this, we strive to maintain an immaculately clean club that operates one-of-a-kind basketball related services. One of these services is our Officiated PickUp Games. We run back-to-back organized 10-minute basketball games with 2 referees, it’s a great atmosphere for our members and our staff! In addition, we run daily group training sessions and offer private training packages to members looking to take their game to the next level!

Job Summary

You will be the first point of contact for our members. With genuine and helpful enthusiasm determine, our members’ needs to allow for clear understanding of our services. Engage in friendly conversation that demonstrates our Core Values

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage front desk by greeting each member upon entrance and exit with our SSS standard
• Efficiently Check-in members
• Answer inbound phone calls in a timely manner
• Assistance team with administrative tasks
• Minimal maintenance and cleaning duties to ensure a consistent member experience

Minimum Educational Level

• High School Diploma

Minimum Work Experience Qualifications

• 1-3 years customer service experience
• 1-3 years administration experience
• Basketball/Fitness experience (preferred)

Job Type

• Part-time

We will provide additional training to the individuals who understand / demonstrate the Core Values listed above.
