Endeavor Schools has an exciting opportunity for an FP&A Manager to join our team! This ideal candidate will be based in Miami and will have the opportunity to work in a Hybrid work environment. The Corporate Accounting and Finance team is seeking a hungry, humble, and smart team member. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for all facets of corporate and consolidated financial planning and analysis.
  • Generate and analyze operating and financial reports, including internal and external reporting deliverables and analyzing and explaining trends & drivers.
  • Deliver business analytics and insights and make recommendations for short and long-term decisions.
  • Responsible for business planning and forecasting, including the development of annual operating budgets and multi-year plans.
  • Serve as a key liaison and partner to cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Operations, and other teams to drive scalable analyses and insights.
  • Drive FP&A and technical stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Execute detailed plans for the implementation of process and system improvement initiatives.
  • Support special high-impact projects, as necessary.

Experience and Education
  • At least 5 years' experience in corporate accounting, corporate finance and/or in a public accounting firm is required.
  • S. in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
  • Strong Knowledge of Accounting Principles, GAAP and research skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in developing and analyzing financial reporting requests including development of standardized reporting packages for a multi-unit business.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with other strategic groups on projects to provide solutions to challenges due to process and/or system changes, enhancements or leadership requests.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute new techniques, policies and procedures, and define and manage strategic projects aimed at improving efficiencies.
  • CPA, or CPA track, or CFA, or CFA track, preferred.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced continuous learning environment and show a willingness to take on additional responsibility where required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Solid written and oral communication, organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, diverse projects concurrently.
