The Site Supervisor will perform the following duties
- Manage and provide company supplied tools to the crew on a daily basis
- Effectively communicate site needs to Production Manager in a timely manner
- Communicate to the Production Manager the status of the site, crew and tools on a daily basis
- Immediately report any injuries to the Production Manager
- Immediately report to the Production Manager all damage to tools, vehicles or the client’s home/property
- Will work alongside our crew as a team member in a supervisory role taking direction from the Production Manager
- Will supervise 3-5 people on a regular basis while working at the site
- Will include installation of pavers, retaining walls, irrigation, plantings, bark dust, turf, sod, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
