Electric and commercial vehicles are two key growth areas under the Ford+ plan. The Ford Pro Team is at the intersection of these strategic pillars as Ford becomes the first full-line automaker to launch a commercial-focused electric van and truck combo: the E-Transit and F-150 Lightening Pro. Your primary role is to manage Ford Pro Charger inventory levels and data integrity, working closely with our key partners Ford Component Sales (FCS) and United Radio (UR). You will be supporting efforts to transition our inventory management tools from manual excels files into an automated Inventory, Order Fulfillment, and Asset Tracking system (IFAM). We are looking for someone excited to join the Ford Pro team and create solutions to support our commercial EV fleet customers. The ideal candidate can prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

The minimum requirements we seek:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2+ years of data analysis and insights
• Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
• Experience raising/maintaining purchase requests/orders and processing invoices in SAP ARIBA or similar procurement system

• Manage Ford Pro Charging Inventory with key partners (Ford Component Sales (FCS), United Radio (UR))
  • Maintenance of a complex Excel based Inventory Tracker
  • Support integration of Inventory Tracker content into other trackers/dashboards as necessary (e.g., Finance or purchasing)
  • Track inbound and outbound shipments from United Radio
  • Support transitioning from Excel into an automated Inventory, Order Fulfillment, and Asset Tracking system (IFAM)
  • Writing purchase requisitions in Ariba.
  • Creating and generating Ariba reports as needed
  • Receiving inventory in Ariba
  • Support supply/demand capacity planning and prioritization for pending/incoming orders as related to inventory
  • Support inventory return process with Ford Component Sales
  • Coordinate inventory/customer impact for any stop-ship/quality issues
  • Support Inventory metrics Ford Pro Charging KPI dashboard
  • Manage the fulfillment of material acquisition
  • Coordinate the flow of inventory data between suppliers, operations, and CRM.
  • Support building out of capabilities to track weekly order demand and maintain safety stock levels and reorder points
