What You'll Do:

  • As an Automotive Technician Apprentice , you will service vehicles in a timely manner for routine scheduled maintenance.
  • You'll inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately, and accurately recommend replacement/repair as needed.
  • You'll efficiently and accurately repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues, maintaining productivity goals.
  • You will grow and learn as an apprentice technician, meaning that all of the above will be done with gradual and increasing complexity depending on skill, knowledge, work flow and aptitude and under the coaching of a mentor technician.

  • A team oriented, mature and positive attitude... with a desire to build a career.
  • A no-nonsense, reliable work ethic that shows up to work and get things done.
  • The ability to work independently with limited supervision, demonstrating the motivation to increase your knowledge & technical skills.
  • You should have automotive technology classroom experience or degree, experience in maintenance and light repair at a lube / tire shop, dealership or similar, some ASE or manufacturer certifications or a combination of the above.
  • You must possess and maintain a current valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

Actual compensation will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience and performance.
