Northland Staffing Solutions is currently seeking to fill 31 openings for food packaging positions in Eagan, MN. The ideal candidates should have a strong attention to detail and a good work ethic. All three shifts available.
Requirements of the Food Packager
- Food manufacturing experience is desired
- Basic problem solving skills wanted
- Ability to effectively communicate with peers and leadership
- Ability to work in a variety of positions on a regular basis
- Detail oriented with the ability to organize and multitask
- High School Diploma/GED preferred

Responsibilities of the Food Packager
- Execute the daily production schedule in the packing area to meet customer orders
- Ensure timely and accurate packaging of product to maintain processing standards
- Adhere to the allergen control program guidelines, including equipment cleaning and verification activities
- Take corrective action as assigned by the Supervisor based on pre-operation and daily self-assessment audit findings
- Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies and procedures
- Package product as needed to meet production goals
