Full-Time Floor Care/Project Technician - MAIN

In this position, you will be responsible for floor & project work in various settings at multiple locations, including office buildings, commercial, educational facilities, etc. You will be provided with a company vehicle to complete projects., Which can vary in duration. A great candidate would be one with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 18 years of age with a Valid Driver's license
• Prior hard floor care, carpet cleaning & window washing experience a must
• Ability to work independently or with a team with little supervision
• Ability to ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Effective organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Passionate about working hard and staying motivated.
• Love taking pride in your work and seeing a job well done.
• Love to learn new skills by taking directions, receiving, and following instructions.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Inspects equipment and ensures all supplies and equipment are available and in good working order.
• Specialized floor care.
• Stripping, scrubbing & refinishing a variety of flooring surfaces.
• Carpet cleaning & extraction
• Tile & Grout Cleaning
• Window Cleaning
• Moving of Furniture, cabinets, equipment, etc...
• Secures work areas using appropriate safety procedures
• Ensures the cleanliness of the work site after a service has been completed.
• Ability to pull, push, bend, lift and physically transport items weighing up to 80lbs.
• Other Duties as assigned

Pay:

• Negotiable based upon experience

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday with occasional weekends
• Afternoon/evening shift w/occasioinal daytime hours.
