Go Rentals is growing by leaps and bounds! Bring you detail oriented administrative skills and love for cars with you for this Fleet Associate position. Selected candidate will be doing a variety of administrative fleet functions including data entry, organization, filing, scanning, and more. We are looking for someone who had a great attention to detail and is tech savvy too!

The Fleet Assistant will be working with the Fleet Manager in carrying out day to day fleet related tasks, many administrative and some related to fleet set up and distribution.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 1-2 Years previous administration experience.

Education and Experience:

  • Required:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years administrative experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and/or drive for up to 8 hours on the worksite
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs without assistance
  • Ability to work within an airport environment with smells and noise associated with jet craft
  • Ability to work in weather and elements and with varying degrees
  • Work between frequently alternating environments; inside and outside, sun light and office light
  • Must possess all auditory, speaking and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities detailed above. The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: sitting, standing, walking, bending and twisting, climbing, driving, pushing and pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, typing, filing, seeing, reading and the ability to use a computer, telephone, calculator, copy machine and fax machine.
