Our studio offers 24-hour access to virtual workouts ranging from HOT Yoga to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns and more. Our exclusive workouts are done inside the HOTWORX sauna and are led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!

Trainer/Sales Associate - Are you a salesperson that is Ambitious? Passionate? Go-Getter? If you answered yes, then HOTWORX Antioch is looking for you. Hourly base salary with generous commissions from multiple sources!!!

We have an immediate need for Membership Sales Associates in our professional and exciting fitness studio. Our ideal candidate(s) will have previous commission-based sales experience and thrive in a customer service environment. They will be motivated to inspire others to live a healthier lifestyle. As a HOTWORX Sales Associate you will be responsible for both inside and outside sales; new membership sales, retaining and growing our membership base by generating and following through on leads, community outreach to increase brand awareness and attract new leads, retail sales and ongoing customer service and member engagement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Commission sales focused individuals, ability to close the deal - Required
• Health & fitness-oriented mindset - Required
• Previous experience working in a gym - Preferred
• Must have excellent customer service skills - Required
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable making daily high-volume sales phone calls
• High energy, positive, self-motivated individuals looking to continually grow
• Ability to make weekly and monthly sales quotas
• Must be outgoing, quick learner
• Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done!

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet members/guests promptly and enthusiastically; create a friendly, energetic and welcoming atmosphere
• Conduct studio tours for guests and new members
• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.
• Conduct professional guest follow up and member communications, via email and phone
• Complete daily studio cleaning activities

Base Pay $15.50+ (BOE) plus unlimited commisisons and bonuses
