The successful Iconic Collection Leader should possess the following skills and experience:
· Provide inspirational leadership with an emphasis on operations, food and service quality, people development, hospitality, cleanliness, and sales/profitability.
· Champion the guest experience while instilling a culture of guest first hospitality and regularly solicit guest feedback to understand guest needs and the needs of the local community.
· Collaborate with front of house and kitchen management to ensure strict standards for cleanliness, food safety, sanitation, food presentation, preparation times, freshness, and recipe adherence are met.
· Support in-store training initiatives, monitoring training processes to ensure quality and consistency.
· Ensure that private events, catering, and banquets are properly executed.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 4 years of high-volume restaurant and fine dining experience
· Extensive wine knowledge preferred.
· Demonstrates excellent leadership skills and sound business ethics.
· Must be self-motivated and guest focused.
· Results driven and able to meet deadlines.
· Familiar with touch screen POS systems including backend reports.
· Well versed in Inventory management and troubleshooting including food and beverage.
· Food safe certification and responsible alcohol training.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
