What we're looking for: Someone with tenacity, passion, excitement, and grit to join our team as a Financial Services Advisor at our Visalia Campus.

Does the idea of helping students achieve professional success through career development excite you? The Financial Services Advisor assists applicants and students with their eligibility for federal financial aid programs by calculating anticipated awards in PELL, SEOG, Stafford/Direct and supplementary loans, and other Title IV and non-Title IV programs. The FSA packages and awards all Title IV and non-Title IV aid for each academic year in Campus Vue. All work is performed within the established governmental regulations and institutional procedures. A high level of ethics is required in the counseling of students.

What We Offer: The targeted starting pay range for this position is between $18.25-$23.08 per hour/year. Our benefits program for full-time colleagues includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as flexible spending and health savings accounts. You will accrue two to three weeks of paid vacation your first five years with eleven paid holidays. We offer state-compliant sick leave, disability insurance, and company-paid life insurance. Do you qualify?

Associates degree (A.A., A.S.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or a minimum of three (3) years of experience in financial aid; or equivalent combination of education and experience
