Join as our next Financial Planner. This opportunity is a newly created role as a result of company expansion.

As our newest Financial Planner:
In your first year, your work will include a combination of receiving mentoring and training to learn industry operations, developing your skills through servicing customers, prospecting qualified leads alongside the team, and participation in financial planning preparation and financial planning meetings. Our team will support you every step of the way.

Once you are fully assimilated into the role and set up for success, you will:

  • Prospect existing leads that come through our financial network, lining up client meetings to grow a book of business
  • Lead financial planning review meetings with clients
  • Navigate, enter data, and run reports in CRM (Redtail) and LPL Financial ClientWorks systems
Planner Qualifications The Must-Haves (Required)

  • Positive attitude that aligns with our mission statement of helping our clients live their life abundantly
  • Ability to report in office 100% in Roseville, California with weekly day trips to Chico, CA
  • You are a licensed Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or actively obtaining CFP license
  • Prior experience in a financial advisory or junior advisor role
  • Prior experience in a customer success associate / paraplanner role
  • Desire for upward growth, both with your career trajectory and financially
Compensation and Other Perks

This role is exempt, salaried. Compensation target $80,000 OTE in the first year, and presents significant upward growth potential as you grow your book of business. Plus profit share options.
