Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support one of the Mississippi manufacturing site’s financial processes including, but not limited to, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, cost variance analysis, capital expense planning
  • Provide ongoing daily and weekly support to Plant Leadership team – including mid-month financial performance updates and M/E projections
  • Update reporting tools and dashboards, streamline and automate forecast and budget processes
  • Summarize and communicate plant Risk and Opportunity
  • Assist plant leadership with spend tracking and help identify areas for cost out
  • Prepare and present monthly Operations Package information to Plant Leadership Teams
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the process of continuous improvement. Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities and streamline processes.
Job Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting; Operations or Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization (written, verbal, presentation, and listening).
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to work well on diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
