Job Details:

· Reporting to AR Director, responsibilities include assisting with data analytics and reporting, quality control of data, in depth analysis of metrics and KPIs for the AR team and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

· Provide in-depth analysis and tracking of metrics and SLAs for key stakeholders across the company.

· Analyze complex business needs of GBS initiatives to identify opportunities, impact of process changes, and propose solutions.

· Transform and analyze large sets of data from multiple sources for decision support recommendations.

· Lead weekly operational scorecard reporting for two sub-segments.

· Forge relationships and partners/collaborates with IT, Operations, and Sales to maintain service level expectations of the CoE.

· Supports the development of Global Business Services and promotes exceptional customer service, teamwork, and accountability.

· Collaborate with business teams across the company on analytics and reporting opportunities.

· Develop key understanding of Global Business Services processes - Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Purchase-to-Pay (P2P).

· Identify, recommend, and implement process improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement initiatives across GBS.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Finance or Accounting preferred.

· 2-4 years in a Finance-related role focused on the servicing/partnering with Internal customers.

· Demonstrated advanced capability with Microsoft Excel including VBA programming as well as database experience

· Quantitative analysis skills (business forecasting and statistics)

· Advanced level of statistical and analytical based thinking

· Ability to consolidate complex data / information into concise communication points

· Must be a self-starter, flexible, and able to work on time sensitive projects without daily supervision

· Experience in manufacturing preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
