QUALIFICATIONS

· Associate Degree in Business Management or equivalent.

· Minimum of two (2) year home care office experience.

· Computer literate for functions of data entry and basic word processing.

· Knowledge of medical terminology and/or general medical background desirable.

· Accurate and detail-oriented approach to projects.

· Minimum of one (1) year Medicaid billing

· Minimum of one (1) year payroll processing

JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Directs and coordinates overall fiscal management of the organization to achieve economic objectives. These include: payroll and processing, billing: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial and statistical systems.

2. Completes client invoicing and third-party claim submission.

3. Processes payroll for field staff timely and accurately.

a. Audits time card records and identifies discrepancies.

b. Batches timesheets for computer input as needed.

c. Processes payroll withholding amounts.

d. Responds to employee inquiries regarding payroll.

4. Manages service authorizations.

a. Maintain up to date authorizations NOA and Prior Authorizations.

b. Submits ongoing Prior Authorizations in a timely manner.

c. Ensures monthly eligibilities compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
