Opportunities:
We are seeking a financial manager to help us manage our NA Business unit. Our NA business units consist of 2 companies, in the United States and in Canada. Both companies operate out of our Madison Heights, MI facility. You will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and interpreting our data to make informed business decisions. Your duties will include account reconciliation, balance sheet analysis monthly reporting, tax reporting, yearly audits, and preparation of budgets. Essential Functions

  • Prepare Financial reports, forecast, and statements.
  • Prepare cash flow forecast and budgets.
  • Monitor the cash flow of the company to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet operational needs
  • Lead planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals.
  • Monitor financial details to ensure legal compliance.
  • Assist management to make financial decisions
  • Investigate means to improve profitability
  • Maintain an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
  • Payroll

Required Education and Experience

  • BA or BS in economics, finance accounting, or related field
  • 5 years managerial experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
