Pearl's Hope Home Health Care is looking for an experienced and collaborative professional to lead our finance team (billing, accounts receivable, payroll) in our Cleveland office. This position will report directly to the CEO and has great potential for growth!

Primary Duties Include

• Organize finance related office operations (billing, accounts receivable, payroll)
• Oversee recruitment, screening, and selection for all finance related office staff
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship for all finance related office staff
• Identify and implement process improvements, including the implementation of EDI billing
• Promote a culture committed to compliance excellence and high quality service
• Delegate duties and establish proper accountability for staff members.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in home health and/or home care billing
• Experience in home health and/or home care accounts receivable
• Technologically proficient and able to learn, troubleshoot, and train others in the use of new systems
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to coach and lead a team while collaborating with other team leaders
• Effectively prioritize work activities and successfully execute on priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, EMR systems and applicable internet resources

Salary: $55,000-65,000 per year
