JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Position Title: Finance Assistant
- Compensation: To be discussed at interview
- Type of employment: Full time
General Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support
- Manage, scan and organize files - both physical and digital
- Send contracts to financing entities
- Daily input of purchase invoices
- Communicate with clients to complete collections
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and providing information to customers

Job Requirements:
- Education: bachelor's degree
- Experience: minimum 1 / 2 years of related experience
- Microsoft, Quickbooks, Dealer Center
- C1 or C2 English and Spanish speaking essential
