McCandlish Holton, a professional downtown law firm has a full-time entry-level opening for an Administrative File Clerk who is detail oriented, energetic and able to handle a high volume of work in a busy office.
This position involves extremely accurate file maintenance including photocopying, scanning, opening and closing files and assembling packages for delivery to government agencies. Copying, scanning, and filing into the firm’s document management system are primary duties.
Because of the nature of the work, minute attention to detail in typing and proofreading are required. We seek candidates who are dependable team players with a can-do attitude and the willingness and ability to learn.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook are required. Successful candidates will have a year of relevant experience and a record of dependability and professionalism.
