Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee our field operations and ensure the successful completion of projects. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of field staff, ensuring they meet project objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage field staff, ensuring they are properly trained, equipped, and supported to meet project objectives.

• Coordinate and manage project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and that project resources are utilized effectively.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.

• For larger job, manage project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring that expenditures are within budget and aligned with project objectives.

• Identify and resolve issues and challenges that arise, working collaboratively with management to find solutions.

• Provide regular progress updates to management and report on project performance against established metrics.

• Foster positive relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and adjusters.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field operations, preferably in construction.

• Demonstrated experience in project management, including project scheduling and resource allocation.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising and leading field staff.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with all levels of the organization.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations (IICRC and OSHA) and policies.
