Advantage Wholesale Supply is a full-service apartment building supply company with 5 locations throughout Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan and New Jersey. Our distribution center is located in the Bronx with our own fleet of trucks and all of our locations stock a multitude of items. For over 30 years, we have been providing world class service to our customers and pride ourselves on being the industry standard for apartment building supply.

Field Manager Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Train and mentor each employee so that they reach the fullest potential.
• Recruit, hire and retain the showroom staff.
• Evaluate staff performance along with taking necessary action to improve result and/or eliminating problems.
• Ensure that showroom displays are set up according to specifications.
• Be the direct contact to provide guidance to the showrooms as to how to resolve a problem that they are facing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitoring of staff to ensure that they are following procedures, policies and giving our customers the highest level of customer service.
• Upkeep of store facilities and IT via coordination with appropriate parties.

Field Manager Qualifications

• Experience in a management position.
• Flexibility and adaptability to different situations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically.
• Excellent data management skills.

Field Manager Benefits
