Field Coordinator Job at Triangle Renovations
Must be comfortable with driving for up to 4 or 5 hours per day. Gas Card will be provided. The Field Coordinator provides inspection activities on assigned construction projects. Must maintain positive working relationships with project managers, contractors, subconsultants, as well as clients. Must adhere to quality assurance and safety standards. Required to maintain accurate progress reports in accordance with project requirements. Will provide inspection of construction activity in order to ensure the quality of construction and compliance with project plans, contracts, specifications, and special provisions. This role is perfect for someone who is organized and very detail oriented.
Responsibilities
Arrange an efficient travel schedule
Monitors on site construction activities, verify quality of materials, workmanship and products are being provided and installed in accordance with the approved construction contract documents
Must be able to manage the quality assurance plan of up to 10 projects simultaneously
Ability and knowledge to read and understand contract specification and drawings
Prepare documentation in support of contract change orders or modifications when requested by the Project Manager

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
