We're looking for a friendly, responsible extrovert who can engage with customers at various local Farmers Markets and Food Festivals. If you have an interest in apples, hard cider or distilled spirits; if you like to get up early and work in the coolest booth at the farmers market, then we want to meet you. Enthusiasm, professionalism and a clean driving record a must. Especially interested in food/beverage experience.
Responsibilities:
- Loading farmers market vans
- Setting up, vending and breaking down markets and festivals
- Checking inventory
- Lifting up to 45 lb.
- Engaging with customers. Explaining how products are made
- Using POS system and transacting cash and credit card sales
- Offering tastings to customers
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
