Flourishing Begins Here:
Performs maintenance service and repairs of buildings, equipment and grounds in order to provide a safe, functional and aesthetically pleasing environment for patients, staff and visitors. The responsibilities include those of general maintenance (i.e., carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, equipment maintenance and safety testing). Will provide excellent customer services when working with patients, visitors and other staff members.
What You Bring/Job Requirements:
One to two years general maintenance experience required
Hospital facilities or healthcare construction experience, preferred
Strong communication skills; ability to read, write and speak English
Basic computer skills- Hospital facilities or healthcare construction experience, preferred

- HS GED
- Technical degree in a facilities related field preferred
- Valid state driver’s license
The hours are 10am-630pm and requires rotation evening and weekend on call with a 30 minute response time.
