Talento Search Group has an opening for a Welder in Austell, Georgia. This is a direct-hire position on 1st shift, and the pay range is $20-25 per hour, depending on experience.

Position Summary:

Ensure that all job orders are welded to specification and that all parts are inspected upon completion, before sending to the next process.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform Mig and Tig welding in a production environment
• Ability to set up jobs and weld according to blueprints
• Maintain required tolerances and angles
• Measure and align materials
• Prepare, layout, and apply hardware
• Operate hand tools including drills, hole saws, taps, routers, files, measuring tape, and sanders

Experience Needed:

• Minimum of 3 years experience: 5 years is preferred
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to correctly use necessary tools for measuring and cutting
• Ability to to grind own work
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
