Structural Iron & Fab, Inc.., a Markle, Indiana, structural steel fabricator has successfully fabricated steel for hundreds of buildings in the northeast Indiana, northwest Ohio and mid-Indiana regions for over 15 years. We currently have an opening for Structural Steel Detailer. Position requires strict attention to detail, thoroughness, and ability to multi-task. Tasks require the proven ability to generate detail drawings for large school, hospital, commercial and municipal projects. Tasks also require the ability to navigate various software programs as well as proficiency in Word and Excel.

5 years minimum verifiable experience in structural steel detailing in the steel fabrication & erection industry is preferred.

Preference will be given to candidates that can fulfill the duties previously listed as well as the ability to manage a fabrication shop, detail prints, and successfully utilize SDS2 software.
