We are seeking a Residential Plumbing Manager for our plumbing division in the Charlottesville area.
Salary: 60k - 80k with bonuses based on performance. Base salary will be higher for candidates with an active Virginia Master plumber license.
The Plumbing Manager is responsible for the overall success and management of our Residential Plumbing Service division. This individual will plan, organize, direct, coordinate all plumbing activities and functions to achieve revenue goals while maintaining a strong client focus, leveraging our brand, and driving employee engagement in a highly competitive business environment.
Essential Functions
- Assume full operational responsibility for profit and loss related activities
- Develop team culture among service personnel and hold the team to a high standard of client satisfaction.
- Consistently administer company policies, procedures, and core values
- Monitor and maintain job satisfaction among personnel by completing weekly 1:1's, quarterly, and annual performance evaluations in a thorough and timely manner.
- Develop new programs and implement established plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
Required Education / Experience
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record is required for this position.
- 10 years of Residential Plumbing experience is must
- 8+ years of years management experience preferred.
- VA Master plumbers license preferred
