Experienced Line Cook Job at The Grit Counter by the Coliseum
Looking for an experienced line cook for The Grit Counter in North Charleston. Our Service is counter focused with a full bar. We have a fun new concept of bringing in high quality, Chef-driven ingredients and presenting it in a casual atmosphere. Beautiful new building directly next to The North Charleston Coliseum.
This position will be 5 days and full time, 40 hours. We are open Tuesday-Thursday 9-3, Friday & Saturday 9-9pm, and Sunday 9-3pm. We will need flexibility in this position with ability to do 7am-4pm shifts on some 3 days, 3-10pm shifts on Fridays and Saturdays. We can be flexible as to which days would be which for the 7am-4pm shifts, and some volume shifts can be available.
We are located directly next the North Charleston Coliseum, and we have parking for our staff available in the Coliseum lot for free.
This is the second location of the Grit Counter, and our third restaurant in the company. We have the original Grit Counter in Mount Pleasant and our sister restaurant, Grace & Grit, also in Mount Pleasant.
We are looking for someone who prides themselves on hospitality. Our menu is fun, but different than the average customer expectation. We have the ability to do someone all days, all nights, or even the ability to do some days and some nights.
Our Brand is growing, and we are looking for people to grow with us. We pride ourselves on keeping cleanliness as a top priority. Our Chefs are extremely talented, and our company has many talented exceptional staff members. We are looking to add one more!
