Job Description:
- Responsible for ongoing meal production and timely meal service
- Test new recipes.
- Clean the kitchen; put away/organize food deliveries.
- Assist with kitchen inspections as needed, to ensure the foodservice production area is safe and sanitary.
- Inspect storage areas on a regular basis for proper temperatures, cleanliness, and order.

Requirements:
- One year of cooking experience in a high-volume environment is preferred
- Food Handler's Permit required
- High School diploma

- Possess excellent communication skills
- Willing to provide direction to cook-aides and dish-aides, as needed
- Possess a great attitude while providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service
- Passion to learn and grow within the cooking profession
