Lincoln’s expression of being the world’s most trusted company is The Lincoln Way, which is warm, human and personally crafted. We know that the reason a client moves up from a mass brand purchase to a luxury purchase or moves over from one luxury brand to another is because that brand makes them feel something. Lincoln desires to make a client feel the Lincoln Way – warm, human, and personally crafted experiences every client, every time.

What you’ll be able to do:

The Accessories, Service and Experiences (ASE) team at Lincoln is responsible for developing, testing, and launching new services that build loyalty and extend the Lincoln brand deeper into our clients lives. • Identify potential partnerships for needed expertise and increased efficiency. Manage partner relationships: co-creation, negotiations, contract development, etc.
  • Plan and execute agile prototype research, pilots, and full launch of concepts
  • Pitch concepts to Lincoln senior leadership to secure buy-in and investment needed to progress concepts though to a scaled launch
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with a wide range of teams required to bring a concept to market including: Enterprise Connectivity, Legal, Product Development, Marketing Communications, Customer Experience, Sales and more

The minimum requirements we seek:

  • Bachelors degree in business, finance or related field
  • 8+ years of professional work experience
  • Well-rounded business acumen: marketing, strategy, financial analysis, etc. MBA preferred

The personality traits which will be important in this role, leadership style, and expected role:

  • The ability to bring ‘disruptive’ thinking to the Lincoln brand which leads to a more modern approach to our service offerings
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – we tend to start from white space and we are breaking new ground for the brand.
  • Resilient: change can take time and it is important that rather than become frustrated that they build the case for change and bring along key stakeholders arming them with the rationale
  • A collaborator and skilled relationship builder, both internally and externally, with high emotional intelligence. Someone who cares about their team as individuals, and inspires their trust, loyalty, and respect
  • A learner; curious and motivated who is comfortable with discomfort

What you’ll receive in return:

As part of the Ford family, you’ll enjoy excellent compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that includes generous PTO, retirement, savings and stock investment plans, incentive compensation and much more.
